The 53rd Annual Downtowners’ Street Fair is a two-day arts, craft, and food event in downtown Bismarck. Published 2026 hours are Friday, September 18 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday, September 19 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Downtown Bismarck site says the fair spans seven city blocks and offers downtown ramp parking for $1.50 per hour with an $8 daily maximum. The event is free to attend.
