The Tribal Pre-Conference Workshop is titled “Building a Tribal Community of Practice around Drought in the Missouri River Basin.” It is scheduled for Monday, September 14, 2026, from 4–8 p.m. CT at Skill Center Exhibit Hall, United Tribes Technical College, in Bismarck. There is no fee to attend, but registration is required. The workshop precedes the Missouri River Basin Drought Early Warning System Partners Meeting on September 15–16, 2026.
