Break Free Youth Action Summit

The summit is for North Dakota middle and high school students interested in youth advocacy and tobacco and nicotine prevention; student advisors are also expected to attend. Organizers expect approximately 200 students and advisors, and participation is offered at no cost. The program includes leadership and advocacy learning, and a parent or guardian consent form is required for youth participation. The city announcement does not specify event hours or parking details.
